antisemitism vs islamophobia;
whichever feeds the current narrative, but neither is as pretended (6 minute read)
Both are weapon-words to accuse prejudice or hatred of Jews or Muslims.
Let’s start with what Wikipedia offers:
Semitic people or Semites is a term for an ethnic, cultural or racial group[2][3][4][5] associated with people of the Middle East, including Arabs, Jews, Akkadians, and Phoenicians.
In archaeology, the term is sometimes used informally as "a kind of shorthand" for ancient Semitic-speaking peoples.[8] The use of the term as a racial category is considered obsolete.
So the concept of anti-semitism as prejudice against Jews is entirely made-up. And most who are critical of Israel’s actions don’t hate Jews — it’s the Zionism (aggressive territorialism) that many or even most Israeli Jews themselves protest.
As for islamophobia: a phobia is an irrational fear of something. There’s nothing irrational in fearing the Islamists who’ve infiltrated and terrorized countries not their own. Besides which; criticizing the religion of Islam is anyone’s right, just as it’s acceptable to criticize Christianity.
But anyway let’s look at the utter hypocrisy of all this;
We’re now essentially invited to be anti-islam, because Hamas, and we’re not to mind the slaughter in Gaza. The Israeli ‘Defence’ Army was born and bred to carry out this final solution, fake-legitimized by way of Netanyahu’s October Surprise.
But like all lies we’ve been hostage to these past eight years, the raw truth of Israel’s entitled aggression is impossible to deny and it too is finally being exposed— heightened by uncomfortable revelations of Trump’s recent (“we’ll own it”) proposition. “Never again” continues materializing under our noses, sanctioned by all Western nations and swept under the rug by another art of the deal! Look at all that valuable real estate!
Cognitive dissonance lives in me even as I rejoice in the truly great things happening under Trump’s new administration. How am I supposed to process what has been a holocaust against the entire population of Gaza, against MAGA’s real victories over the thugs who’ve been running the USA and the world to ruin?
To speak or stand up for the genocided is to be labelled anti-semite— a term as divisive as was ‘anti-vaxxer’. A former friend during that fight cancelled me overnight when I refuted the ‘beheaded babies’ propaganda.* Substack authors I’d admired disappointed me with their blanket condemnation of Palestinians, and Jordan Peterson and Douglas Murray shockingly endorsed the massacre. No distinction was made between those of us horrified at Israel’s slaughter of innocents, and the checker-scarfed university students screaming their support for Hamas.
Speaking of psyops. Lord smite me if I’m wrong, but immediately following the October 7th Hamas attack, I watched some videos of Israeli families, alleged witnesses and freed hostages. They felt deceptive to me: faces displayed no actual grief, fright, or tears. Just hints of smiles as in “duper’s delight”. Crisis actors?
Besides which: Jonathan Cook (substack Feb 14th) has brought our attention to Israel’s treatment of its own citizens as collateral damage. Here he explains:
[…] Israeli military whistleblowers revealed to the website +972 last week that Israel had killed many of [Hamas’s Israeli] hostages by using indiscriminate US-supplied bunker-buster bombs.
These bombs had not only generated huge blast areas but also served effectively as chemical weapons, flooding Hamas’ tunnels with carbon monoxide, asphyxiating the hostages.
The indifference of the Israeli leadership to the hostages’ fate was confirmed by Israel’s former defence minister, Yoav Gallant, in an interview with Israeli TV Channel 12. [see as linked above]
He admitted that the army had invoked the so-called Hannibal Directive during Hamas’ breakout of Gaza on 7 October 2023, allowing soldiers to kill Israelis rather than risk letting them be taken hostage by the Palestinian group.
These matters, which throw a different light on Israel’s actions in Gaza, have, of course, been almost completely blanked out by the western establishment media.
See also Candace Owen’s interview with Phillip Tourney, surviving crew member of USS Liberty that was (intentionally) attacked in the Mediterranean Sea in 1967 by the Israeli airforce. Tourney’s testimony about what went down is deeply unsettling.
Friends, the trickery and deception is more vast than we can even speculate. All I know is that the region called Israel used to be home to Christians, Muslims and Jews all living in relative peace and harmony — until May 14, 1948, when the expulsions began. And Israel’s Christian population has shrunk to a tiny fraction of what it was, while Netan-yahoo! capitalizes on global Christian Zionist sentiment to further his agenda. I highly recommend Michael Matt’s exploration of this.
Taking a walk on the wilder side, Kim Iversen recently interviewed Brother Nathaniel Kapner (an Orthodox Christian convert from Judaism), making his own claims about the past seven decades of politically engineered demographic changes:
From my childhood, my [not Zionist] Dad showed me an op-ed in the New York Times [about] the Hart Celler Act, that was getting ready to bring in 3rd World immigrants into America which was going to change our demographic.
My Dad read this to me because he exposed me to the political realm when I was young and he said “What do you get out of that, Mandel?” And I said, “What I get out of it is that that’s the end of the WASP.” He said “You’ve got it” and he walked away. That’s how my Dad would mentor me, and he did so in many different aspects.
But I saw, right there, from the NYT it was written by some Jew, and the Hart Celler Act was promoted by Jews, especially Jacob [indistinct] who pushed this to the American Jewish Committee. … I knew about all these Jewish organizations because my Dad was a big [?] with B’nai Brith.
Brother Nathaniel comes across as eccentric, but his views are grounded from within his own upbringing. See the entire Kim Iversen interview here: "White Babies Now!"
All this is to say that the transformation of formerly European-based nations didn’t originate with George Soros’s Open Society. Kissinger also aided and abetted the project. I remember him famously dating Barbra Streisand.
But what do I know, about any of it, really? And what about the Jesuits and the creepy Freemasons — are they just bit players, also-rans in the competition to own and control all of humanity? Or do they all somehow work together?
I bought Norman Finkelstein’s book The Holocaust Industry, which I’ve yet to read (his parents survived the concentration camps).
Suffice to say for now: it’s not that the terrible WWII Jewish persecution didn’t happen; just that its later representation, which didn’t start until the ‘60s, brings into question how and why we’ve been led to deplore that particular genocide over and above all the ghastly others that happened in the 20th Century. Stalin. Mao Tse Tung. Pol Pot.
And “the Jews” are the Banksters, Hollywood moguls, and the postmodern world’s most consequential intellectuals, not least of whom were Marx and Engels.
I’m just trying to figure it out, that’s all. Because the main thing we’ve learned in the last 8 years is that nothing is as we were led to believe.
Looking forward to your comments.
Thank you Joanie for writing this brave article. It needed to be said, to be called out, to shine a light of truth onto this nefarious darkness. There's no justification I can think of to warrant jenno siding an entire population.
To me, it's a multi-pronged pretext to engage in ritual sacrifice and a strategic land grab. You brought up many great points which are not lies, nor deception, and given all the truths that are being revealed in these topsy turvy days, those who are engaging in this obvious evil are going to have to face the music sooner or later (preferably sooner).
Reluctant realist about this.
