Isn't that what the ZuckChan foundation is up to as well?

That was horrifying. Way to go right to the heart haha. So sweet.

Probably. But this ad is beyond the pale. The icky background pop song. Who the fuck do they think they're kidding? Are all these silent parents that obtuse? It's propaganda to cover their event-initiating propaganda.

Ah, someone else besides me talking about Zuck's biotech empire! Why doesn't this get more exposure?

Expand full comment
Joanie Higgs's avatar

I don't know much if anything about that. My point in posting these videos was to expose the self-aggrandizing medical industry, congratulating itself on being able to "save kids lives" all the while pretending that heart attacks etc in kids are normal.

The shot of his limp body being gently lifted in the subway brought back a sequence from the Canadian film Jesus of Montreal of some years back. In that production, the character died and his organs went on to save others as transplants. Couldn't get past the hospital scene in this one. Too disturbing.

Joanie Higgs's avatar

I remember that film!

Yes, this video is deeply disturbing. I'd give an organ (well maybe not) to know how the general population is reacting to it... if at all: do they even register that it's entirely weird to show all these youths keeling over?

Shelagh Young's avatar

Around me, there is no sense of the entirely weird about anything. So many athletes have dropped in full view, it could be seen as an "it happens to everyone", "we can fix it" sort of a message. They've seen it on the news. Turbo cancers in healthy young people is a real new thing too. If they think about it at all it's probably attributed to lack of earlier diagnosis during covidian times. Or something.

I think that in their heart of hearts they know, but just can't afford to admit it to themselves.

Can't afford to... So true. The cost of critical thinking is high these days. Who knows where such thoughts might lead? I try to be sympathetic, but even those few around me starting to get it, commenting privately because they know I'll agree, cringe in fear at the thought of speaking up, even within their own families.

Woe to us all, via the cringing masses!

Imagine being so utterly spineless.

Expand full comment
Shelagh Young's avatar

Spineless is disturbingly apt, too. I see it all the time, the wide-eyed horror at the suggestion that they take an actual step toward doing something about any part of it. It's an instant regression into their preferred state of helplessness. No responsibility, no risk. No pain, no gain either. Yeah, it's hard to imagine, and maintaining compassion is sometimes even harder. Silence is complicity, a violation of one's soul, I think. Caring about others has come to mean, like the ad, complete submission. It's scary.

Totally nailed it Joanie! They're trying to cover up all the eventual after effects (slight pun intended to the slick video editing) of what the shot's going to do to all the unfortunate kids who took it. Canada's taking a chapter right out of the Not See's playbook. Truly disgusting, and horrifying; especially those who see this and think, (in robotic voice) "Yes this is what we should do to protect our children." Unbelievable.

And, all those doctors and nurses and technicians, who'll know whether or not those kids had the jab, and just carrying on with their jobs, pretending it's just a new, unexplainable phenomenon.

Horrible! I can't stand tv, but if it's on for some reason the constant big pharma commericals seem like they're designed to mk-ultra people. Normalizing the medical events and conditions they're causing. Funneling people to the ER, having caused grave injuries requiring medical care... medical care which is captured (at best) IMO.

I was at my HMO (kaiser) for five minutes this morning at the lab, and a stroke alert "code blue" went off on the loud speaker. It's eerie going to medical facilites now, and I take care of my elderly father so I've had to go a few times during this covid nightmare.

Yes, the hospital now feels a sinister place. I'll avoid it for all but the most dire emergencies.

I can't fathom what it must be like to be a nurse or doctor, staying silent about all this.

I'm seeing AEDs all over the place. Now Police cars in North Vancouver have them as well. We were recently in Florence, Ital, and I saw numerous ones as well which are easy to notice there as the buildings are so ancient that the AEDs attached to outdoor walls are noticable.

When will the medical community speak up? What about paramedics? What do they think? I guess never, as anyone telling the truth loses their license.

On Rememberance Day in the town of Prince George BC something like 23 military service people passed out and fell over at the ceremony. The article tried to explain it away as a normal occurrence. 80% were young cadets. Never in my life have I seen one person pass out let alone like 23.

“It’s very normal in a crowd of that size” says North Shore Rescue man. Because the young cadets aren’t used to standing stationary for long periods of time and were probably overdressed, if you can believe that!

And they have their excuses on hand to explain away the abnormality. It is true that youngsters standing at attention with knnes locked can easily faint as I did in a high school choir performance but the article also notes that not all who fainted were cadets. Even if it's just the flu, we can see that more older school.age kids seem to be coming down with viral infections now. Lots of people around me in North Vancouver are sick repeatedly.

And the article mentions "heavy uniforms" as a contributing factor!!! How could they be effective at war if if they can't even bear the weight of their clothing!

Expand full comment
CharlotteKrahn's avatar

I'm not sure what cadets wear. for winter wear. But when they march in summer parades, the outfits are cotton / poly blend shirts and pants. No jackets. Apparently this year the service was longer and more emotional so perhaps that accounted for a few casualties but what would be prudent is for all those who fainted is to get a cardiac stress test, troponin levels and other blood work and an Ekg to start with. It might be shown that these kids all had something in common. Perhaps some type of gas.had been released in the air. An investigation is warranted.

Around 2010 there was something of an uproar in our Ontario when school wireless began deployment. Loudest complaint - volume aided by a personage involved, ex-teevee-reporter, whose own child was afflicted - related to cardiac symptoms. This publicized aspect of the dangers of wireless ran concurrently with my wife and my intervention re same in long-term care facilities in Toronto (various symptoms witnessed at wifi turned on, abated at temporary shut off we lobbied for). Our and their advocacy troubled provincial Ministry types, surely taking dictation to quell the uproar (involving as well several federal parliamentary hearings), such that despite an arrangement with a home administrator to monitor, mitigate etc, we received a hand-delivered letter from the ministry that all was just fine and nothing would be changed, whereupon the previously responsible administrator never spoke to us again. So what did we notice shortly after but widespread deployment in public venues of defibrillators. In other words, lots of experience behind perpetrators and abettors.

Hi, there, tho't I'd revisit now and then a few substacks not seen in some time.
